Windex® Outdoor Surface & Glass Cleaner is designed to be tough on outdoor dirt. Great for outdoor touch-ups. The easy to use, all in one trigger means no ladders, no buckets, no mess, no hassles.

Step 1: Clip-on hose. Ensure white and green taps are in off position (vertical). If hose does not clip on tightly, apply petroleum jelly to the back O ring.

Step 2: Turn on hose.

Step 3: Turn on white tap (anti-clockwise) and wet thoroughly.

Step 4: Turn on green tap (anti-clockwise). Spray product on window from top to bottom covering thoroughly with suds.

Step 5: Return both the taps to the off position (clockwise). Allow suds to soak for 15 seconds. Do not allow to dry as this will cause streaking.

Step 6: Turn white tap on and rinse thoroughly for at least 10 seconds.

Step 7: Turn off all taps including hose.

Step 8: Ensure green tap is fully off.

Is it safe to get Windex® Outdoor Surface & Glass on my plants or wall cladding?

Yes. Windex® Outdoor Surface & Glass will not harm plants, house paint, wood, brick, concrete, wall cladding or lawn furniture.

How can I effectively use Windex® Outdoor Surface & Glass to avoid getting streaks, water spots or a "white/cloudy" film?

Streaks can occur if you have hard water or low water pressure. For best results, make sure you completely rinse suds. Do not allow product to dry before rinsing, rinse windows from top to bottom. Do not use in windy conditions, extreme sunlight or extremely high temperatures. Avoid wetting overhangs as they may drip causing spotting.

Can I use Windex® Outdoor Surface & Glass on my car?

Windex® Outdoor Surface & Glass is not recommended for cars.

Can I dilute Windex® Outdoor Surface & Glass?

No. You should not dilute Windex® Outdoor Surface & Glass.

My hose detached from the Windex® Outdoor Surface & Glass. Why did this happen?

If your water pressure exceeds the typical home water pressure of around 350 kPa, the hose may detach from the sprayer.

What should I do if the Windex® Outdoor Surface & Glass container is leaking?

In the event of a leak, please make sure that the hose end is not damaged. If the problem persists, check the container as it may have been dropped, either in the store or at home, which could result in a leak.
